Instructions for Obtaining Your CME Credit

It is up to you to report your (up to) 14 prescribed credits to AAFP. Here’s how:

After attending the CHESS Move to Value Virtual Summit you will need to complete the CME survey.
You will then report CME online at AAFP.org.
