Approximately 60 million people live in rural areas across the United States, including millions of Medicare beneficiaries. Compared to their urban counterparts, rural Americans face significant health challenges and disparities, leading to a higher risk for poor health outcomes. Rural communities are in crisis, and big ideas are needed to change the trajectory of rural health.
While many urban areas have already made the shift to value-based care, rural areas must address specific barriers to value-based care adoption. Join CHESS Health Solutions on October 13th to discover how value-based care can drive equitable care and better health outcomes in rural communities.
